WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The production and delivery process for our exquisite fine art prints typically takes approximately 10-14 business days. This includes the meticulous printing, expert mounting, framing, and shipping of each piece. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can easily monitor its progress. Most orders arrive within 3-5 days after being shipped.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, WILL PAYMENT INFORMATION BE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Rest assured; we do not include any payment information with your order. If you're uncertain about the perfect choice for someone special, we offer convenient gift cards.
MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
In the unlikely event that your print arrives in less than pristine condition, please notify us immediately. Kindly send us photographs of both the damaged piece and the packaging it arrived in. This will assist us in promptly addressing the issue. Even if there are no obvious signs of damage, please include photos of the box or boxes in which your art was delivered.

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping methods for prints / framed prints. However, we ensure that each order is processed efficiently and delivered in a timely manner. We do offer express shipping on product purchases.

ARTWORKS
CAN I PERSONALLY FRAME THESE PRINTS?
Certainly! We provide the option to purchase unframed prints, allowing you to customise the final look and feel of your artwork. Simply select "print only" when adding the piece to your cart.
ARE SHADOW BOX FRAMES ONLY AVAILABLE IN LARGER SIZES?
All our frames (except the Small size) are the shadowbox style, where the work is set back from the museum grade plexiglass for a very modern gallery look.
CAN I REQUEST CUSTOMISATIONS TO THE FRAME FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE?
We may be able to help, please send us an email and we will do our best!
WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE OF?
All frames are made of timber, our timber is locally sourced from sustainable sources. We use Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak timber.
WHAT HANGING HARDWARE DO YOU RECOMMEND?
All of our frames are finished with framer’s tape and stainless steel hanging wire - meaning with a few supplies and a plan of where to hang, your work is ready to go as soon as it arrives.
ARE ANY OF YOUR PRINTS SIGNED OR NUMBERED?
Occasionally, we release limited signed and numbered editions of our prints, which tend to sell out quickly. To stay informed about such releases, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter.
ARE YOUR PRINTS FINISHED WITH A GLOSSY OR MATTE SURFACE?
We print to a 310gsm 100% Cotton Rag stock using genuine Epson Ultra-chrome Pro inks on the latest Epson P20070 printer. Your giclée print will be dry mounted to an acid free 5 mm foam board using an archival adhesive film.
WHAT MATERIAL IS USED FOR FRAMED ART? GLASS OR ACRYLIC?
We utilize a thick sheet of UV-blocking acrylic for framing our fine art prints. Despite being more costly than glass, we have chosen acrylic for its exceptional protection and reduced likelihood of damage during transit.
PRINT RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the customised nature of our products, where each piece is specially printed, mounted, and framed for you, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns.
CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
We apologize, but all sales are final, and we are unable to facilitate exchanges. Each piece is meticulously crafted to order, tailored specifically for you.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
To cancel or make changes to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of the initial purchase. As we commence the framing process promptly to create a personalized piece, we are unable to accommodate modifications once that stage has begun. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
