Remy Gerega is a fine art aerial photographer whose work transforms the familiar into the extraordinary — finding beauty, geometry and colour in the landscapes most people never see.
Born in Perth, Western Australia, Remy developed a passion for the creative arts early in life. He went on to study photography and design at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Jönköping in Sweden, graduating with Honours in 2007.
His work has earned international recognition for its distinctive aerial perspective and precise sense of composition. Prints from his limited edition collections are held in private homes, commercial interiors and hospitality spaces across Australia and internationally.
Chartering aircraft across continents — from doorless helicopters above Western Australia's rugged coastlines to small planes weaving through European valleys — Gerega captures the earth from vantage points few will ever experience. His work transforms sweeping vistas and intimate coastal scenes into moments of pure visual poetry.
Remy is currently based between Sydney, Australia and Montréal, Canada and is accepting commissioned work.
