Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints — each piece is individually printed, mounted, and framed — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review all size and product details carefully before placing your order.
24-Hour Window
Cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the framing process has commenced, we are unable to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order.
We'll Make It Right
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographs of both the damaged piece and the packaging — even if the outer box shows no obvious damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
14-Day Returns
These products may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
