Terms of service

These terms apply when you use remygerega.com or place an order with Remy Gerega. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Choosing your print

Please check the product description, size and framing option before ordering. Sizes described as finished framed dimensions refer to the outside of the frame. For an unframed print, refer to the paper dimensions in the product’s sizing information.

We aim to show our photographs and products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

Prices and checkout

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the store. Review your selected product, currency, delivery address and total at checkout before paying. Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Framed prints are delivered within Australia within two weeks once your order is processed. Framed prints are available for delivery within Australia only. International delivery times for other eligible products vary by destination. See our shipping policy for details.

Order changes, cancellations and returns

Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase if you need to cancel or change an order. For framed prints, changes cannot be accommodated once framing has begun. This does not limit any cancellation or other rights you have under applicable law.

Our returns and refunds policy explains the different conditions for made-to-order prints and other products, and how we help with damaged or faulty items.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws.
