Orders
When will I receive my order?
Production and delivery for framed prints typically takes 10–14 business days, covering printing, mounting, framing, and shipping. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.
My order is a gift. Will payment information be included?
No payment information is included in any package. If you're unsure what to choose for someone special, we also offer gift cards.
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with photographs of both the damaged piece and the packaging it arrived in — even if the outer box shows no obvious damage. This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping is not currently available for prints and framed prints, but is available on other product purchases including puzzles, tote bags, and beach towels.
My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it.
Please contact us immediately and we will work to locate your package and resolve the situation promptly.
The Prints
What is a Giclée print?
Giclée (pronounced zhee-clay) is a museum-quality printing process. We print to a 310gsm 100% Cotton Rag stock using genuine Epson Ultra-chrome Pro inks on the Epson P20070 printer. Each print is dry mounted to an acid-free 5mm foam board using an archival adhesive film — producing exceptional colour depth, sharpness, and longevity.
Are the prints finished with a glossy or matte surface?
Our prints are produced on a fine art cotton rag stock with a beautifully smooth, semi-matte finish.
Are the prints signed or numbered?
Occasionally we release limited signed and numbered editions, which tend to sell out quickly. Edition details are listed on each individual product page. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified of new releases.
Can I purchase an unframed print?
Yes. Simply select "print only" when adding a piece to your cart, and you can frame it yourself to suit your space.
Frames & Framing
What are the frames made from?
All frames are crafted from locally sourced, sustainably grown timber — Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak. Each frame is finished with framer's tape and stainless steel hanging wire, so your work is ready to hang as soon as it arrives.
What is a shadow box frame?
All our frames (except the Small size) are shadow box style — the artwork is set back from the museum-grade plexiglass for a clean, modern gallery look.
Do you use glass or acrylic for framing?
We use a thick sheet of UV-blocking acrylic rather than glass. It offers superior protection against light damage and is significantly less likely to break during transit.
Are framed prints available internationally?
Framed prints are available for delivery within Australia only. International orders are fulfilled as rolled prints, carefully packaged in rigid protective tubes for safe transit.
The Photography
How are your photographs captured?
Remy shoots from a range of aircraft depending on the location — doorless helicopters over Australia and Europe, and small fixed-wing aircraft across Iceland and the United States. Some coastal and water-level images are captured from boats or at ground level. Every image is captured in the field.
Are the colours real?
Yes. Images are edited for colour accuracy and tonal balance, but every scene is exactly as it appears. The extraordinary colours of Western Australia's salt lakes, Italy's clifftop villages, and Iceland's lava fields are entirely natural.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy for prints?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints — each piece is individually printed, mounted, and framed — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All print sales are final. Please review all size and product details carefully before placing your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations and modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the framing process has commenced, we are unable to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order.
What about puzzles, tote bags, and beach towels?
These products may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please contact us before sending anything back.
